Gartner named Medius an MQ Leader for AP Applications in March 2025, and the Copilot + autonomous-AP product line launched across 2025 brings the agentic posture in line with what Vic.ai and Stampli claim in the US.

For a buyer operating in more than one AAI market, Medius is the strongest single-vendor choice in the AP category. On pure US or pure DE ground, tools like Vic.ai, Stampli, and Candis remain more locally integrated. The Marlin Equity ownership has been stable; no evidence of near-term strategic transaction, though PE-backed AP assets consolidate on a predictable clock.
