Agenda reports 97% service satisfaction from its practice customers, which is consistent with its long-standing reputation for responsive support.

For a small-to-mid Steuerberater practice that does not already sit inside DATEV's cooperative membership economics, Agenda is the most common destination. It is meaningfully cheaper on total cost of ownership, its integration with ELSTER for USt-VA and annual filings is mature, and its client-portal story has modernised enough to remain competitive through 2026.
